MTÜ Involved osaleb koos 7 partneriga Läänemere regioonist rahvusvahelises sotsiaalse ettevõtluse võrgustiku arendamise projektis nimega SEBS – “Social Entrepreneurship Support Network of the Baltic Sea Region”

Projekti eesmärgid

Sotsiaalse ettevõtluse võrgustiku ja haridusvõimaluste arendamine ning parimate praktikate levitamine Läänemere regioonis. Projekt toetab kogukonna arendamise liikmeid, ettevõtlussektorite, mittetulunduslike sektorite esindajaid ja sotsiaalse ettevõtluse tugistruktuure.

Projekti tegevused

  • Ingliskeelse veebikeskkonna edasiarendamine www.socialenterprisebsr.net, sh tööriistade, meetodite, õppematerjalide, uuringute jm koondamine ning jagamine sotsiaalse ettevõtluse teemaliste artiklite ja pressiteadete avaldamine riigisiseste sotsiaalse ettevõtluse sündmuste (nt konverentsid jmt) kohta info vahendamine veebikeskkonnas rahastusvõimaluste info jagamine sotsiaalse ettevõtluse kohta sotsiaalse ettevõtluse andmebaasi täiendamine.
  • Sotsiaalsete ettevõtete võrgustiku laiendamine rahvusvahelise kogemuse saamiseks, sh kontaktseminaride korraldamine partnerite vahel webinaride läbiviimine heade praktikate jagamine.
  • Projekti on rahastatud Erasmus + programmist.
  • Projekt kestab 2020. aasta maini.

Social Entrepreneurship Support Network of the Baltic Sea Region survey

We kindly ask to participate in the following survey and share it among your friends, colleagues, social entrepreneurs, enterprises and specialists.


The survey has been compiled within the Erasmus + project SEBS (Social Entrepreneurship Support Network of the Baltic Sea Region) and is based on users of SEBS online platform: SEBS (Social Entrepreneurship Support Network of the Baltic Sea Region)

The online platform objectives are:


– Well established network of SE support organisations in BSR,

– Operating platform with updated information on educational and -networking support for social enterprises,

– New innovative methodologies and researches explored and shared through the platform,- Fulfilled database of social entrepreneurs in BSR countries,- Stakeholders section created as a part of platform,

– Promotion of events on SE, like seminars, conferences and networking events,- Improvement of level of education in social entrepreneurship during different events, including webinars,

– Information sharing about available financial and non-financial -support tools for SE in Baltic Sea region,

– Identification and promotion of other SE support networks in the region.

Answering the survey is anonymous and it takes round 2 minutes (5 questions with multiple choice), if the answers should reveal content that may be related to a specific person, confidentiality is ensured when analysing the data.


The survey results are analysed only in a statistically generalised form.

“Improvement of the social entrepreneurship networking and educational possibilities in the Baltic Sea region”

Taking into account the necessity of tackling with social challenges social entrepreneurship (SE) has been recognized as a powerful tool to engage people and solve a lot of issues. However, a lone fighter is never enough, so the network building is the key to success of social enterprises on a country, regional or international level. Social entrepreneurship in some European countries is still weak and needs special effort of promotion, legal support, financial investments, networking or simply more information on opportunities and effective management to make an impact and Baltic Sea region is not an exception. 

One of support instruments run by Baltic Sea region countries’ NGO and social enterprise  network is www.socialenterprisebsr.net online platform that gathers information about social entrepreneurship practices, development opportunities, researches and events connected to SE, as well as contains the database of social enterprises to collaborate with. It was created in terms of Erasmus+ project “Social entrepreneurship development in Baltic Sea region (SEBS)” in 2014 and since then has accumulated some knowledge on the topic.

At the end of 2017 the new project of NGOs and social enterprises from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Poland and Denmark has been launched as continuation of SEBS project in order to provide more qualitative support for social entrepreneurship network in Baltic Sea region for the next two and a half years, adding new partner countries and organizations to the partnership. The title of the new project is “Improvement of the social entrepreneurship networking and educational possibilities in the Baltic Sea region”and its main objective is to continue development and widening of new network and share best practices by promotion, education, advocacy and research about social entrepreneurship within Baltic Sea region countries.The project will also help to improve performance and efficiency of existing and new startups in the field of social economy.

The expected results of the project will be:
